Efficient primary cell culture begins with compatibility and convenience. Our new Cell KITs combine high-quality primary human cells with their matching ready-to-use growth media. The result is a convenient and reliable solution for reproducible in vitro research across a wide range of biological applications.

Streamlined setup for consistent results

Each Cell KIT is designed to simplify the cell culture process and ensure optimal growth conditions for the specific cell type included. By pairing each primary cell type with its corresponding optimized medium, you can reduce preparation time and improve reproducibility of your research findings.

Broad coverage across various research areas

Our Cell KITs are available for a variety of human primary cells and research needs.

Cardiovascular research

Large and microvascular endothelial cells, pericytes, smooth muscle cells, and cardiac myocytes are suitable for modeling vascular function, angiogenesis, and cardiac biology.

Dermatology

Keratinocytes, melanocytes, dermal fibroblasts, and dermal papilla cells support studies in skin regeneration, pigmentation, and hair biology.

Immunology

Blood cells, including M1 and M2 macrophages and CD34+ progenitor cells, are suitable for investigating immune responses, inflammation, and hematopoiesis.

Stem cells and regenerative medicine

Mesenchymal stem cells, bone and cartilage cells, and adipose tissue cells support studies in tissue engineering and differentiation.

Diabetes research

Human white preadipocytes isolated from subcutaneous and visceral adipose tissue, including those from donors with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, are suitable for metabolic and adipose tissue studies.

Drug discovery

Human cardiac myocytes offer a physiologically relevant cell model for testing the safety and efficacy of drugs.

Respiratory research

Researchers use airway epithelial cells from nasal, bronchial, tracheal, and small airway tissues to model respiratory biology, inflammation, and toxicology.

Renal research

Primary human renal epithelial cells and renal cortical epithelial cells support studies of kidney function, epithelial biology, nephrotoxicity, and renal disease modeling.

Two formats for flexible experimental design

Each Cell KIT is available in two configurations:

  1. Standard package: One vial of primary human cells and one unit of ready-to-use medium
  2. Plus package: One vial of primary human cells and two units of ready-to-use medium

Note: Cell KITs contain only ready-to-use media. Medium kits are not included.

Supporting standardization and scientific quality

All Cell KIT components are produced under strict quality and ethical standards at our facility in Heidelberg. Our processes ensure full traceability, donor protection, and compliance with international regulations for human tissue sourcing and data privacy.
