Cell options:
M1/M2 Macrophages
Our convenient and easy-to-handle cryopreserved human monocyte-derived macrophages are available as non-activated, fully qualified M1 (GM-CSF)/M2 (M-CSF) polarized cells. Both our M1 and M2 macrophages are available from single donors, with options for HLA-typed donors.
CD34+ Progenitor Cells
We offer CD34+ progenitor cells derived from the cord blood of healthy single donors. Cells from HLA-typed donors are also available on request.
Media options:
Our Macrophage Generation Media XF is available in serum-free and xeno-free formulation. We offer this ready-to-use medium with cytokines for the directed differentiation of M1/M2-like polarized human monocyte-derived macrophages.
Our serum- and xeno-free Hematopoietic Progenitor Cell Expansion Medium XF provides a highly optimized system for superior expansion performance of human hematopoietic progenitor cells. Cytokine Mix E is a ready-to-use mixture of growth factors, including recombinant human TPO, SCF, FLT-3 ligand, and IL-3, to promote expansion of functional progenitor cells.
Note: These kits contain only ready-to-use media. Medium kits are not included.

- Standard package: One vial of human blood cells and one unit of blood cell medium
- Plus package: One vial of human blood cells and two units of blood cell medium.
