Normal Human Epidermal Keratinocytes (NHEK) GM3, Cell Pellet in RNAlater
Cell pellet of NHEK GM3 from juvenile foreskin or adult skin in RNAlater® for subsequent RNA, DNA or protein analysis.
Cell pellet consisting of 1 million cells dissolved in 200 µl RNAlater® for subsequent RNA, DNA or protein analysis.
Note: Cell pellets cannot be revived.
Our primary Normal Human Epidermal Keratinocytes (NHEK) GM3 are obtained from juvenile foreskin or adult skin from various areas like the face, breast, abdomen, and thighs, either from single or pooled donors. Comprising approximately 90% of the epidermis, these keratinocytes play a pivotal role in skin structure and function.
Our Primary Normal Human Epidermal Keratinocytes GM3 are cultured using an advanced serum-free and BPE-free Keratinocyte Growth Medium 3, promoting the growth of a rapidly proliferating and uniform cell population without requiring extracellular matrix coatings or feeder cells.
For comprehensive research needs, Normal Human Dermal Fibroblasts (NHDF), Cell Pellets in RNAlater or Normal Human Epidermal Melanocytes M3 (NHEM M3), Cell Pellets in RNAlater from the same donor are available upon request, facilitating integrated studies across different cellular pathways and functions.
