Our primary Human Skeletal Muscle Cells (SkMC) are obtained from various skeletal muscles of adult donors. These cells play a crucial role in muscle regeneration, originating from quiescent satellite cells activated by stimuli like muscle damage. SkMC are optimal for in vitro muscle studies, exhibiting robust proliferation and the ability to form multinucleated myotubes when cultured in specialized media.
