Human Dermal Blood Endothelial Cells (HDBEC), Cell Pellet in RNAlater
Cell pellet of HDBEC from different sources (adult or juvenile) in RNAlater® for subsequent RNA, DNA or protein analysis.
Cell pellet consisting of 1 million cells dissolved in 200 µl RNAlater® for subsequent RNA, DNA or protein analysis.
Note: Cell pellets cannot be revived.
Our primary Human Dermal Blood Endothelial Cells (HDBEC) are obtained from both juvenile foreskin and adult skin (distinct locations) from single donors. These cells undergo flow cytometric analysis, displaying positive CD31 and negative podoplanin characteristics.
Upon request, Human Dermal Lymphatic Endothelial Cells (HDLEC), Cell Pellets in RNAlater from the same donor are also available.
HDBEC represent a specific subset within the human dermal endothelial cells. Playing a pivotal role in physiological processes like vessel tonus, capillary permeability, blood coagulation, fibrolysis, and angiogenesis, blood endothelial cells serve as valuable tools for disease studies involving atherosclerosis, tumor genesis, and thrombosis.
