No. It is not necessary to use coated culture flasks for Nasal Epithelial Cells.
For standard cultivation, Nasal Epithelial Cells can be grown directly on tissue culture-treated plastic, and therefore coated flasks are not recommended or required in the PromoCell Instruction Manual.
