Human White Preadipocytes (HWP), Cell Pellet in RNAlater
Cell pellet of HWP from adult subcutaneous or visceral adipose tissue in RNAlater® for subsequent RNA, DNA or protein analysis.
Cell pellet consisting of 1 million cells dissolved in 200 µl RNAlater® for subsequent RNA, DNA or protein analysis.
Note: Cell pellets cannot be revived.
Obtained from adult subcutaneous or visceral adipose tissue, our primary Human White Preadipocytes (HWP) are available from various donor-specific locations.
Adipose tissue plays a pivotal role in energy storage and metabolic balance, primarily achieved through the enlargement of mature adipocytes or the differentiation of preadipocytes into new adipocytes. Preadipocytes, already present in adipose tissues, proliferate throughout adulthood, offering a unique opportunity for studying the physiological mechanisms governing adipose tissue proliferation, differentiation, and function, controlled by various growth factors and hormones.
