Skeletal muscle

At PromoCell, our portfolio includes skeletal muscle-derived human primary cells and optimized media for muscle research. Work with cells isolated from different skeletal muscles from adult single donors. These cells originate from activated satellite cells and can proliferate as myoblasts or fuse into multinucleated myotubes under suitable culture conditions.

With these cells, you can investigate myoblast proliferation, myogenic differentiation, myotube formation, and processes involved in muscle development and regeneration. Our low-serum growth medium supports efficient cell expansion, while the defined, animal component-free differentiation medium enables controlled myotube formation for in vitro muscle studies.
