Skin

At PromoCell, we offer skin-derived human primary cells and specialized media for dermatological research. Choose from epidermal keratinocytes and melanocytes, dermal fibroblasts, follicle dermal papilla cells, and dermal endothelial cells. Together, these models represent key epithelial, stromal, pigment-producing, follicular, and vascular components of human skin.

With these cells, you can study epidermal barrier function, wound healing, pigmentation, hair growth, and dermal vascular biology. Selected cell types can also be combined in 3D skin models to investigate interactions between the epidermis and dermis. Our growth media support the culture and expansion of each cell type under optimized conditions. For keratinocyte and melanocyte culture, we offer serum-free formulations, including options without bovine pituitary extract (BPE). Discover further applications in dermatological research.
