Our primary Human Dermal Lymphatic Endothelial Cells (HDLEC) are obtained from both juvenile foreskin and adult skin (various locations) from single donors.

Upon request, Human Dermal Blood Endothelial Cells (HDBEC), Cell Pellets in RNAlater from the same donor are also available.

HDLEC are specialized subtype within the human dermal endothelial cells. Their involvement is crucial in addressing pathological alterations within the lymphatic system. Lymphatic vessels, critical components of the immune system, play a key role in transporting excess fluids from tissues to the circulatory system. Notably, these vessels lack a continuous basal membrane, contributing to their high permeability. In addition, HDLEC are particularly relevant in tumor lymphangiogenesis and contribute to the formation of new vessels infiltrating tumors, attracting tumor cells, and inducing tumor cell metastasis.
