- Thaw overnight in the refrigerator, or
- Place the bottle in a container of cold tap water.
- Do not thaw in a 37°C water bath.
- After thawing, Accutase can be aliquoted and refrozen for later use.
- Once thawed, Accutase is stable for at least 2 months at 4-8°C, provided it is stored promptly after use.
