Some types of primary human cells, especially Normal Human Epidermal Keratinocytes (NHEK), respond sensitively to the calcium concentration in the culture medium. Calcium Chloride Solution allows the adjustment of the optimal amount of calcium required by the cells. Our Calcium Chloride Solution is prepared as a solution from highly pure tissue culture tested calcium chloride (CaCl₂) and cell culture-grade water. It is a clear colorless and sterile solution. The concentration of CaCl₂ is 0.5 M.
