Our Fibroblast Growth Medium D-ACF is developed and optimized for the in vitro expansion of Normal Human Dermal Fibroblasts (NHDF) from juvenile donors in a defined and animal component-free cell culture environment but also works for NHDF from adult donors. NHDF cultured in this medium can be plated directly on cell culture treated plastic without the need for an ECM coating.
