Derived from normal human nasal mucosa, our Primary Human Nasal Epithelial Cells (HNEpC) are positive for cytokeratin. These cells offer valuable insights into nasal cavity functions. HNEpC serve as indispensable tools for in vitro investigations into these intricate processes.
The epithelium lining the nasal cavity plays vital roles in cleansing, humidifying, and warming inhaled air. Furthermore, it secretes mucus, which entraps particles, subsequently facilitated to the pharynx by cilia on the epithelial cells.
