beta-Galactosidase Activity Assay Kit (fluorometric)

The PromoKine beta-Galactosidase Activity Assay Kit provides a highly sensitive, quick and easy way for monitoring beta-Galactosidase activity in a variety of samples. When expressed e.g. in transfected cells, it converts a non-fluorescent substrate into a strong fluorescent reaction product that can be easily detected and quantified using a fluorometer of fluorescence multiwell plate reader. The assay is simple, sensitive, and high-throughput adaptable with a detection limit of < 0.1 mU.
