Cell Lysates

PromoCell also provides a wide range of ready-to-use cell and tissue lysates that can be used as controls in e.g. gel electrophoresis, Western blotting, or immunoprecipitation. Moreover, they are also useful in enzymatic activity analysis, protein-protein interaction analysis, and tissue specific expression identification.
The cell and total tissue lysates are available from mouse and rat origin as well as from a variety of developmental stages. In addition, we also supply lysates from common cell lines including e.g. HeLa, Jurkat, 3T3, K562, HL60 or MCF.
