This application note describes a method for easy 3D organoid culture of Primary Human Dermal Fibroblasts (NHDF) and MCF-7 cells in our Cancer Cell Line Medium XF.
Use this protocol to generate cancer organoids easily and reliably. This uses normal human primary dermal fibroblasts (NHDFs) co-cultured with MCF-7 cells but also serves as a flexible template for other cell types. Using Cancer Cell Line Medium XF, it also eliminates undefined components, such as fetal calf serum, extracts, or hydrolysates.
