No. PromoCell Skeletal Muscle Cell Basal Medium must not be frozen and should be stored at 4-8°C. Freezing the basal medium can lead to precipitation and loss of medium quality.
The same applies after supplement addition: the complete Skeletal Muscle Cell Growth Medium must also be stored at 4-8°C and should not be frozen.
