Our Preadipocyte Differentiation Medium is a defined and animal-component free medium, which induces the differentiation of preadipocytes into mature adipocytes. The mature adipocytes can be cultivated using the Adipocyte Nutrition Medium.
Although all PromoCell media are optimized for use with primary human cells, we have received feedback from customers that this particular medium can also be used for murine preadipocytes/adipocytes. View a list of references where this medium was used with other species and cell types.
